Delaina graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2016 and very quickly furthered her studies, graduating again in 2018 with a diploma in Massage Therapy. This combination gives Delaina a sharp edge when it comes to assessing and treating muscle imbalances that cause pain and instability in the body. Her tool belt also includes training in nutrition, M1 Graston therapy, cupping, and Usui Reiki.

Delaina is passionate about holistic care and believes that treating the body as a whole is key to helping people achieve sustainable wellness goals. Delaina's treatments are focused on scar tissue and fascial restriction, chronic pain management, sport related injuries and building stregthening/movement programs. She also offers chakra balancing treatments through Reiki.
